MINIMUM ORDER:
$150.00 per shipment. You may combine any products that are available at the same time to reach this minimum
TERMS:
COD/Visa/Mastercard/Net30 days. If you would like to apply for terms please request a credit application. Allow 2-3 business days for approval.
CLAIMS:
Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 15 days of delivery. Damaged or missing parts must be claimed with the carrier.
CASE PACK PRICES:
Merchandise must be ordered in case pack multiples to receive case pack prices.
FINANCE CHARGES:
1.5% of past due balances will be charged for each month payments are late. $35 is charged for returned checks.
AVAILABILITY:
Order early to ensure your favorite items are available. For your convenience, items are billed only when they are shipped. Reserve your favorites today! We reserve the right to limit quantities.
BACK ORDERS:
Products temporarily out-of-stock will be backordered unless you direct us otherwise, or when the value of such items is less than $50.00 per shipment. We request that you re-order cancelled backordered products
pursuant to availability dates. Please consult a customer service representative for updated availability information.

All items inside this catalog carry a UPC coding
RETURNS:
Returns of products are subject to restocking and refurbishing charges. Sorry, we can not accept returns of seasonal merchandise or items with damaged tags (price stickers etc…). Please call customer service for a Return Authorization Number. Freight charges are not reimbursed.

RESERVATION POLICY:
Products are reserved for our customers from incoming stock based on requested ship dates. It may not be possible to move up a previously requested ship date if the order involves products that have been reserved by customers requesting an earlier ship date.
