- All orders are to be paid using a Credit Card.
- Drop Ship Fee - $3.00 for a one SKU order and $1.18 per additional SKU.
- Assortments – Assorted items must be purchased in full assortments only.
- All orders are shipped via Fed-Ex Ground unless otherwise specified.
- Freight Costs – Range from $7.00 - $10.00 depending on delivery location. This
applies to the 48 contiguous states. Deliveries to AK and HI are determined per
shipment. All orders ship from Woodridge, IL 60517
- Lead time – Orders ship within 48 hours of receipt.
- Packing Lists – You may supply us with your own packing list to be included or
we can exclude packing list altogether.
- Returns – Defective or damaged goods will be replaced or credited depending on
need. Contact Customer Service at 800-726-1400.
